Our mission
Families caring for a loved one with a disability do not get to clock out. Our job is to make sure they get to rest anyway.
Inland Respite is a family-owned agency built around one idea: the family caregiver is part of the care plan, not a resource to be used up. Rest is not a luxury item at the bottom of the list. It is what makes the next twenty years of caregiving possible.
What we believe
- Families choose. You interview candidates and decide who comes into your home. We do not assign strangers and call it a match.
- Providers are employees, not gig labour. They are screened, trained, certified, supervised and paid through us.
- The phone gets answered. Two branch offices, real hours, real people who know your case.
- Documentation is not the family's problem. Timekeeping and reporting back to the regional center are ours.
Who we serve
Children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and the parents, guardians, siblings and grandparents who care for them at home, across eighteen cities in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
Accountability
We are a vendored provider operating under California Department of Developmental Services standards. If something goes wrong, you have the right to appeal or file a complaint, and we will help you do it rather than get in the way.
