What this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.

The short version

This website loads no tracking of any kind unless you opt in. We do not sell or share personal information. Client records are not stored on this website. Forms collect only what you type.

Who we are

Inland Respite, Inc., operating branch offices in Corona and Palm Desert, California. Contact details are on the contact page.

What we collect

  • Information you submit. Name, email, phone, city, and anything you type into a form on this site.
  • Server logs. Our web host records requests, including IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. These are kept for a limited period.
  • Analytics, only with consent. Page-level measurement runs only after you accept it. Decline and no analytics loads at all.

We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels or cross-site profiling on this website.

Cookies and local storage

Your privacy choice is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, so declining leaves nothing behind. If you accept analytics, that provider may set its own cookies. Change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

How we use information

  • To arrange and support respite care services
  • To keep the website secure and working
  • To meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our web host and our care management platform, and only as needed. We share with regional centers and government agencies where required for the services you receive or by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Your California privacy rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have the right to:

  • Request a copy of that information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information
  • Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share, so there is nothing to opt out of, and this link is provided for completeness
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

To make a request, call your branch or use the contact form. We will verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the timeframes the law requires. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with written permission.
